   Reading the BBC item and other stuff, if the FA and Premier League could be bothered surely they could invoke the “fit and properr person” rule. Don’t hold your breath!

     No chance of that happening I’m afraid Bob. You’re ‘Fit and Proper’ as long as you haven’t murdered someone! I can’t see anything in the rules to stop an owner running a club as they see fit. The FA and Premier League are as much a part of the problem as people like Mr Ashley. The game is ruined.
