Since we returned to producing  a hard-copy version of the fanzine in all of its hard-copy, technicolour, glossy glory we have been knocked out by the response. There is clearly still an appetite for a high quality, authentic paper fanzine amongst the ranks of the Black & White cognoscenti. As we have since 1999, we’re happy and privileged to oblige. Subscriptions are on the up and online sales are also healthy. TF is now one of only a few club fanzines still standing nationally and indeed, is the only hard-copy club fanzine in production north of Leeds it seems these days.

We do sell the fanzine from CentrAle in Newcastle Central Station and from M & M Newsagents and Post Office at the top of Northumberland St. And sales from there are good.

We would like to add the number of outlets stocking the fanzine however. Older heads will remember TF being on sale from all good newsagents across Tyneside and whilst we don’t think we need to get back to that level of distribution, we do think increasing the outlets stocking the fanzine would be good for sales and help get it in front of readers old and new.

At one time we sold TF almost exclusively from newsagents. Sadly, the boom in online content has led to hundreds of newsagents going the journey over the last few years. That’s why we’re keen to widen the number of outlets we sell TF from – as we have with CentrAle

So, if you have a small business with a decent foot-fall we’d be as keen to speak to you about stocking TF as we would the traditional newsagent etc.

Not surprisingly we are looking to increase our stockists in the following areas:

Newcastle – City Centre, Gosforth, Heaton, Walker, Byker, West End.

Gateshead – town centre, Low Fell, Whickham

North Tyneside – Whitley Bay, Tynemouth, North Shields, Wallsend

Northumberland – Ashington, Blyth, Bedlington, Hexham

South Tyneside – South Shields, Jarrow, Hebburn.

Sunderland – Town Centre (yes, really).

Durham – city centre, Consett, Stanley, Chester-le-Street, Seaham.

Obviously, we don’t expect anyone to stock and sell the fanzine for nowt so we can talk to you about how this can be a wee little earner for you as well as potentially act to drag a few people across your threshold. We will plug any of our stockists shamelessly so you will get some additional free advertising. Win-Win.

Anyway, if you’re interested drop us a line on podcast@https://true-faith.co.uk and we can chew it over – nowt spoiling.
