Following our recent correspondence in relation to the annual NUST election we are writing to confirm to members that notice is hereby given that this year’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday 12th January 2023 at Heroes Club, Newcastle United Football Club, St James’ Park, Strawberry Place, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4ST. Doors will open at 6.30pm with formal business commencing at 7pm.
The agenda is as follows:
1. Welcome and Introductions.
2. Apologies.
3. Chair’s update.
4. Treasurer’s report.
5. Re-appointment of auditors.
6. NUST election results.
7. Amendment to rules of NUST.
8. Any other business.
We hope to see as many members as possible at the AGM. This is a great opportunity for members to speak to the NUST board and welcome newly elected Board members.
Representatives from Newcastle United Football Club will be in attendance after the AGM for informal discussions.
