Thank you for contributing to our Away Fans Feedback Project in the 2012/13 season. The survey marked theFSFlogo first steps in an ambitious project to measure the experience of the away fan, and your input has already proved very valuable. From a starting point of surveying fans in just the top two divisions last year, we are now aiming to assemble the thoughts and experiences of fans from all divisions, from the Premier League down to the Conference North and South, throughout the 2013/14 season. We hope to be able to use the data from this extensive study to continue to discuss with clubs and the authorities what keeps fans committed to travelling and to the sacrifices they make, what they look for as a travelling fan, what they hope to see, what they don’t enjoy and why they feel valued.
What can you do?
Simply put, help us out again. We really appreciate your feedback in helping shape fans’ feedback to clubs and the authorities.
The full link for this year’s survey is Please bookmark the link (which is also formatted for smartphones) and return to it as many times as you can throughout your travels this season.
Some of the early results from last year’s survey proved interesting – – but we hope that with even bigger numbers filling it out this year that we can get the most comprehensive picture yet of what travelling fans think.

The ultimate aim is to improve the away fans’ experience and encourage more fans to travel to watch their team. The FSF want to highlight to clubs and the authorities what they get right and where they can improve, and to establish a benchmark for clubs to aspire to when it comes to welcoming away fans.

Please help the FSF to make this project a success and be part of something that we hope will improve the away fans’ experience for generations to come.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to drop us a line.
